01 · The real challenge

Some products can't wait for a photo shoot.

A new colourway, a finish that isn't in production yet, a product too big or too complex to light in a studio: traditional photography is slow, expensive, and sometimes simply impossible. And you may not know that the studio doing cinematic architecture can bring that exact same precision to your product.

It can. Every material, every variant, photoreal, before the first unit exists.

02

Why us?

  1. The more efficient alternative solution for professional photo shooting.

  2. We show finishes that aren't in production yet, and products too big for any studio.

  3. We open the product up:

exploded views and cross-sections a camera can't reach.

03 · Showreel

See it move.

ZOA Studio · product reel

A forty-second reel of what photoreal product visualization looks like: furniture, industrial products, automotive and marine, rendered so you can't tell it from a photograph.

04 · Selected work

Products that looked real before they existed.

Tableware & lifestyle

Photoreal product visuals for Villeroy & Boch's premium dining and lifestyle collections, including the Artis (Teal and Nightfall) and La Petite Boule ranges. Each collection was given its own atmosphere and material palette: tableware staged across a hotel buffet, a fine-dining degustation table and aperitivo settings, with plated dishes, poured drinks and warm evening light. All CGI, down to the crema on the soup and the condensation on the glass. Products long presented through traditional photography, now rendered so they sit indistinguishably beside a real shoot.

Industrial product film by ZOA Studio: an elevator car and its drive machinery inside the hoistway, revealed through transparent glass-proxy walls

Global elevator manufacturer

Industrial

A near three-minute product film for a global elevator manufacturer, turning a machine that lives hidden inside a concrete shaft into something comprehensible and trustworthy. We rebuilt manufacturing-grade CAD into animation-ready assets: a single control drives the entire door mechanism, with panels, rollers, cables and safety interlocks moving in sequence, while transparent glass-proxy walls reveal the hoistway without losing spatial context. Structured as chapters (schedule optimization, digitalization, sustainability), it began as an internal communication tool and led to further work for the manufacturer's European division.

Giant Magellan Telescope: ZOA Studio technical rendering of the telescope enclosure and the mirror support structure inside it
Giant Magellan Telescope

Giant Magellan Telescope

GMTO · Atacama, Chile

Renderings and animation for the Giant Magellan Telescope, a multi-billion-dollar instrument built around seven 8.4-metre mirrors, set in Chile's Atacama desert. We took the client's engineering-grade 3D model, which carries more small parts than most buildings, optimized it, and rendered every nut and bolt accurately for the close-up detail shots. The final package (seven realistic images, twenty high-detail technical images and 92 seconds of animation) now anchors GMTO's own website and its fundraising, press and outreach materials.

Testimonials

What our clients said.

I knew when I first saw ZOAs work online, that you’d be a great choice to visually represent the Giant Magellan Telescope. I was amazed by the whole process, from the initial sketches to final delivery. It takes a great team to deliver such great results consistently.

06 · Precision

We're not new to precision.

For twenty years we've rendered materials, light and detail for the world's most exacting architects and brands. That same eye, the reflection in a lacquer, the weave of a fabric, the grain of brushed steel, is exactly what makes a product visual read as real.

08 · FAQ

Things product teams usually ask us

Honest answers, and if yours isn't here, just ask.

Which files do you work from?

Send us what you already have: CAD/STEP, existing 3D models, or even drawings and reference photos. We'll tell you what we need.

Can you match our existing product photography?

Yes. We match lighting, materials and mood so the renders sit seamlessly next to your real photos.

What does it cost?

Standard pricing starts at 500 EUR for lifestyle images and 50 EUR for detail shots, and scales with volume. Send us your brief and we'll calculate an exact quote for your project.

How fast can you turn it around?

Fast, and built for volume. A single lifestyle image can be ready within a week, and we can deliver around 100 detail shots in the same week, scaling up to large, automated product-image runs when you need them.
